Roscoe Village
Another sunny day. We went to Historic Roscoe Village in the morning. The Village is a restored canal-era town located along the former Ohio & Erie Canal. We walked through the Village past the different stores, blacksmith shop, restored canal boats, etc. Unfortunately, most of the buildings had stairs so we looked from outside.
Went back to the Lake Park Campground for the afternoon. Lake Park is a huge city recreation complex. Soccer & ball fields, aquatic complex including a water park, the campground and several miles of paved multi-use paths. If we are ever in this area again, we would come back here.
